The food always has consistently good flavor. I usually order take out but decided to try dine in. I enjoyed it just as much. They do serve beer but no mixed drinks. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have visited. Amazing food, it’s very tasty. They are very reasonable and the food portion they serve is good. Try the dry chili chicken or Kung Bao chicken, it’s very tasty. Their service is quick, it takes around 5-10min for your order to be served. They can accommodate around 25-30 people at a time. my asian family comes here for the best Chinese food in the greater Boston area. my favs are the scallion pancake, string bean and eggplant stir fry, and the pork meatball soup. My favorite restaurant. We love the dry fish, dan dan noodles, cauliflower, spicy beef with peppers, cold noodles, string beans, really everything but those are regularly on the rotation. I hadn't been since covid. This takeout experience was really poor. The chicken chow mein, which was supposed to have thin stirfried noodles was all vegetables, bean sprouts, and barely any chicken. I called to see if there was a mix up, but apparently I should have ordered chicken lo mein in if i wanted noodles. Google "chow mein" and tell me what it's supposed to be. Thin yellow noodles either fried or stirfried. The "crab" rangoons were just wonton with cream cheese for $10. Save your money and sanity. Give your buisness to Purple Bamboo or Khao Hom. This place is the oldest among the several Sichuan Gourmet restaurants around the Boston area and the food used to be the best. But recently they must have changed the chef. Fantastic find in Billerica... Extensive and authentic Sichuan options to choose from. Have a variety of spiciness as well which was perfect to find an option for my son, while I could divulge in some some very spicy authentic options for take out. The Tangerine Beef and Teriyaki Beef Tandoori skewers were tender and very flavorful. The Sichuan fried wings were very good with some kick. The traditional Beef Tendon Chilli appetizer and BLOOD PUDDING, BEEF TRIPE AND PIG ( 毛血旺 ) dish was very unique, tender, spicy and very tasty! I will for sure make sure to stop by and do pick up if in area again!!!

This is by far the best Chinese food in town. Dishes are well prepared and tasty. The only issue I have with this place is that some of the staff are rude (specially one male server), I do not know if it's a language barrier but I'm not sure why I have to ask for water from a waiter, it should be automatic. I asked for a dish recommendation and the male server told me everything was good. He was standing 6 feet away from us and didn't bother to check if everything was ok or if we needed more water. The other thing was I asked for hot sauce and soy sauce, he only brought the hot sauce, I placed an order for crab rangoon and it seems like he also forgot that. Overall, I love this place, I will continue to eat here despite the staff, they just hurt the chances of getting a good tip, at least from me. It's always a good choice whether you want to eat there or get it to go. There is a lot to choose from, but the classics are right at the top of the list. The lunch deals are very cheap and give you a lot of food to get you through the rest of the day. A nice spot to visit with a bunch of friends. There's something for everyone, and the service is quick and friendly.
