Came here on my way into Charlotte for some lunch and got me a meat lovers calzone. It was delicious! A little too much ricotta for me, but it was loaded with meat and the marinara complimented it very well! Calzone was big enough for 2-3 people. Overall the experience was okay, but nothing like it used to be. I came here a couple years ago when the place was bustling. In may be a change of staff or management, and I know apps like door dash and grub hub exist. But being The only person in the restaurant and waiting 20 minutes for food after finishing the appetizers, to recieve a burnt crust pizza was meh. the food was delicious!! I've tried most of their pastas and they were all delicious. the fried ravioli and the mozzarella sticks were crunchy and very cheesy!! the salad was much bigger than I had expected but it was also delicious and it had the right amount of everything!! the service was good the waitress checked to see how everything was every so often and was very polite and quite friendly!!

Great place for a quick lunch. Hot and cheep. The pizza slices are huge. You get 2 and a drink with refills for less then 10 bucks. Food qwality is great! It didnt give me heartburn. If you have a 30 min lunchbreak this would be as safe as fast food and same price. Better food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Definitely not good pizza here. People in the area recommended this place and I thought they lack cheese, lack a crust, and it really tasted like cardboard. Some say this is close to ny style pizza? No way. Such an insult to people who come from the northeast to call this like NY pizza. Definitely one of the worst of several places I have tried in the area so far. It’s a hit or miss with this place. After paying $65 for food, nobody finished their dish. I order Philly cheese calzone no onions. Guess what I got? Onions! In the trash it went. I despise onions. Ordered chicken parm dinner with pene. I specifically said I did not want spaghetti. Guess what I got? Spaghetti overcooked and mushy , in the trash it went. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, which should be served cold, but in their culinary genius they served it hot . The lettuce was warm and partially melted in cheese , really unappealing. Who thinks warm , mushy lettuce is tasty???? I know the person on phone took my order correctly , she read it back to me . The problem is the kitchen staff, food is not consistent. I stopped ordering pizza , as sometimes it was ok, other times overcooked. This will be last time ordering, not worth the frustration. Soild menu. Service was great. The Supreme Pizza was very good. I asked for no sauce but olive oil and garlic. Big portions. Love local pizza joint vibe. Worth the stop!

Had a great dinner in this little Italian restaurant after an awful 6 hour crawl along highway 85 in the rain! I ordered the eggplant rollitini and it was incredible! So tasty and hot! I also ordered the Stromboli and Key Lime Pie. Both were delicious but I only tasted them and saved them for the next day because I was so full. The “small” Stromboli was humongous and could easily serve two people. I loved the hometown diner atmosphere here. Although many people came to the counter to pick up take out orders. All the families that came through the doors to dine in were obviously regulars and greeted the manager, Sharon and the servers like they were family. The food was fresh and and authentic and the prices are surprisingly low! Sharon, the manager, is so kind and friendly. She told me they had catered 300 high school students earlier and she was still smiling at everyone! Her husband came in and talked to many of of the diners and sat down and chatted with me. Her beautiful daughters also work there. I loved the family atmosphere. I will definitely eat there next time I’m in town because I keep dreaming about that eggplant!
