The food was better than anticipated, but the service was just okay. It was one of those places that was good, but probably won't return. The crab rangoon was good, but not the best I ever had. They did have plenty of cream cheese inside though. The misosaurus ramen was delicious. Spicy, but not making you sniffle. The only thing I wish they did was put a knife in the utensils or cut the pork smaller. It was soft, but not soft enough to pull apart with a fork or spoon. The spicy shredded chicken was actually delicious. Very flavorful! The size of the bowl was rather large and I ended up bringing leftovers home. The tonkatsu was also good and spicy! It was a bit more expensive with it coming to just shy of $40 before the tip. Not quite sure the bowl was worth $16 each. You can customize the bowls too, but that's $1-5 more. Plenty of seating, but at an empty restaurant at noon it was odd how long it took for everything. Overall, good but not worth going back to. Updated.. was a bit skeptical about carry out as opposed to eating my food hot in the restaurant.. but I was pleasantly surprised at how well my food was packaged and hot when I got home. Base ingredients separate from the soup. A + also noticed some small details in the bar area that were pretty cool! New location looks great! Food is still amazing. Staff is helpful and nice. Spicy Shoyu is delicious (the flavor of the meat was outstanding) as was all the different dishes. A must to visit if you like noodles. We highly recommend Simply Ramen any time of the day. Most recently we tried their new breakfast and it lived up to the absolutely delicious meals we get every time. I had The Bec and my hubby had the Bacon Sriracha. If you want an excellent meal, and amazing customer service, that will have you coming back time and time again, you have to go to Simply Ramen. You'll probably see us there! :)

Tasty local ramen. Good selection of noodle bowls and tasty appetizers. Atmosphere is fun and they always have anime playing. Great place to gather or go on a date. My only criticism is the inconsistency of the taste from visit to visit. Noodles have changed which kinda throws off the point of ramen. That aside, I’m always coming back for my fix of ramen and pork bao buns! Loved both the experience and the food. The restaurant was clean and bright, waitress was very helpful with the menu, and the food was exquisite. The ramen bowls was very flavorful and filled me up so quickly, I had leftovers! Also hands down, had the absolute best crab rangoons ever here! My husband and I live about 40 miles from BG. We took a little drive for some shopping and got hungry. We love noodles and decided to give this place a shot and I can actually say we’ll be back. Our waitress Tobi was amazing as well..
