We spent New Year's Eve at the Sofia Sinatra bar, and the experience had practically nothing to do with what you would expect from a bar named after Frank Sinatra. The live musicians were rather undewhelming and did more yelling than singing, the volume of the music was not adjusted to the size of the bar, and the overall effect was deafening and unpleasant for us. The serving staff was very kind and attentive, but the food bites served were nondescript and mediocre. I am sure the management can translate the good intentions of this bar into a higher quality of the ambiance more fitting with the Frank Sinatra theme. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
