It was just ok. The last time we were there back in 2022 it was much better. This time the buffet didn’t have the same items (missing fried mozzarella sticks and zucchini) and the unlimited steak and shrimp was just so-so. We got the 8oz steak which had quite a bit of grizzle. They also overloaded the plate to the point where we had to get a 2nd plate just to put some stuff so we could cut the steak. WOW!!!! Zizzler exceeded my expectations with the freshness of the 🥗salad bar, the variety of salad items were great and it also comes with soup and a variety of hot items too...OH and can't forget the ice cream!!! My husband got the steak and all you can eat shrimp 🍤 the steak was juicy and the amount of shrimp is not disappointing plus you can get more!!!! We will definitely be back. Ordered steak medium it was damn near raw. 6oz steak was about 2oz of fat. The shrimp was actually decent. Our waiter, Moses, didn't make his way around very often. No value at this value chain restaurant. Should have gone to Olive Garden. Had a much better meal at cruisers cafe in Williams the day before. Same price point. Horrible place do not recommend! Food uncooked, overpriced for small proportions, rude staff, and the bathrooms need more attention. The sinks clogged up and no hot water or paper towels. Drinks are very very sweet. Soup does not have any flavor whatsoever. It tastes like low sodium canned soup. Very chaotic setup that they do. I felt very rushed. Be careful when going here! The service was phenomenal here. The food was okay, but VERY overpriced. We weren't terribly hungry, and didn't really want the unlimited salad bar, for $16 and an extra charge for soda/drink, but there wasn't anything under this price even though we were there at 2pm. The man at the front was very nice and helpful and our waiter went above and beyond for us. The staff were obviously top notch since they all were friendly and working constantly. The food was delicious! We tried the unlimited salad bar which variety of fresh salads, chicken wings, meatballs, tacos and three kind of soups. I liked the Clam Chowder soup. For $16.99 per adult you can’t beat that. Also the person behind the register, he was very helpful and contagiously friendly. I give him extra 5 stars If I could. 100% satisfaction here! I have wanted to eat at sizzler my whole life but I never had an opportunity until last week. As a first-time customer I asked for a suggestion from the manager he suggested the steak with unlimited shrimp. I said yes for me and my wife we got the add-on mushrooms and onions $2.99 each as well as the salad bar for each of us and our 4-year-old son. It ended up costing us about $100 but we got two meals out of it each. It was an amazing salad bar the steak was pretty good and the shrimp were breaded and were okay. Overall it was a great experience. We went back two more times over the next few days and got just the salad bar or other things and we learned how to save a little bit of money and not spend $100 to feed three of us. Great staff, currently my favorite salad bar, and decent atmosphere. We went here today for lunch and was greatly disappointed. My husband got their teriyaki steak kabob, the picture looked better than the plate he was served. I ordered their hibachi chicken I was not impressed way to much sauce it drenched the rice to where I couldn't eat it. Way over priced for the salad bar and they don't offer that much in dessert options. Our waitress was nice and so was the gal that brought out our food buts that's about the only thing good about our experience today. Will not be going back! It's been a long time but am amazed at every aspect of this Sizzler. My Ribeye steak was juicy and flavorful- Grilled to perfection. That salad bar is going to be tough to bet.... Have to say it, loved it and will go again!
