Sly seafood is excellent. We’ve been here many times and are always impressed. Tonight I had them make me a Manhattan and they brought me a white version which I’ve never had. It was made with white whiskey from Paw Paw Brewery and a few other ingredients I don’t know but it should be on the drink menu for people that don’t like sweet drinks. It was delicious and unique. The new calamari was lightly breaded and tender wit 2 side sauces of cocktail sauce and a remoulade sauce. The whitefish with capers, lemon and butter with broccolini and jasmine rice was delicious and perfectly prepared! The swordfish with Parmesan risotto and broccolini was perfectly prepared, smoky and delicious. The lemon cake was moist and excellent! Well done kitchen and chef. Our waitress and hostess were both very pleasant and accommodating. Our waitress went above and beyond with service. Thank you everyone for making our evening exceptional! Sly' Seafood is a hidden gem for sure. You have got to go! Very nice dining environment, not too noisy and cheerfully decorated. The service was amazing, friendly, accommodating, and attentive. We started with boiled shrimp and shrimp cakes which were fantastic. I had the gumbo and my wife had the salmon...both were superb. Food was perfect, the quantity was just right! This place is absolutely phenomenal! Our server (Katie) was wonderful and made amazing cocktails. We tried both the seared tuna and mussels for appetizers and had the pork chop and seafood boil for entrees. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Took us a while to visit, but been there twice now and we are addicted!! Staff (Becca) very friendly and helpful, and every single item we ordered was absolutely fabulous. Would recommend this little jewel to anyone. Loved loved it!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a first timer. I was quite impressed and looking very much forward to another meal at Sly's. I often experience fish being overcooked at restaurants but this was cooked to perfection. Expertly prepared and beautifully presented dishes that would be competitive with the best restaurants in the area, including downtown Kalamazoo. Charming ambience in an older building.
