Really Considering calling Corporate & Food Sanitation & Health. I’ve been to this place three to four time & Each Visit gets worse. The outside looks like a junk yard & the two times I’ve been inside I don’t think they ever clean up. Really considering never coming back to this location. When I found out about the opening of smoothie king in the area I was so excited!! But I hate to say that since the opening each visit has been terrible. Either the lobby is closed , it’s closed early, short staff or I’m sitting in the driveway for more than 20 minutes. My smoothie is always good but better service would be great. Highly recommend hiring more staff and management. Price per person $10–20

I do not recommend this location, not personable and I'm assuming handwashing or food safety procedures are not being followed as my partner got extremely sick a few hours after drinking a smoothie from here, they have been in the bathroom all day. I personally took one drink of mine and noticed an odd chemical taste and threw mine out immediately. I was excited to have a smoothie King in town but I'll make the trip to the Homewood one instead. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was exceptional and so quick. I was undecided of what I wanted to get and the staff there gave me so many suggestions and the one I went with was absolutely delicious. Their was a booger inside my cup at the top I thought this would have been a better environment to have a smoothie king closer but I highly do not recommend and they don’t wanna do a refund Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Was very excited to see this was opening in Chicago heights, that excitement has turned into utter disappointment. You cannot walk into this location so if you order on the app you have to wait in the drive through line which is annoying. They have a staff of 1 at least it feels that way and that staff of 1 does not make the drinks right I actually handed the drink back immediately when I was handed it because I knew immediately it was made incorrectly so the staff of 1 who doesn’t know how to make it tried again with a attitude of course. Then I was handed the same drink just blended and water added . There was nobody there except the staff of 1 so I just lost the 8 dollars. And I actually threw the drink away and didn’t even break the straw out of the plastic. If they would open the doors staff the place and make the drinks right it would do well but they won’t do it , so it won’t . I give it 6 months Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time trying this location. Ordered an açaí bowl and was notified after paying that they didn’t have strawberries and wouldn’t give refunds, manager wasn’t there and gave the employee instructions over the phone. The employee apologized which was appreciated but regardless I didn’t pay for what I wanted nor did I get my money back for it. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
