I go here all the time and I'm at the point of stopping. There is one particular girl that works here that makes the experience so painful and awful it's bringing me to the point of not giving them anymore of my loyal business or at least just walking out when I see her working. She never smiles and seems like she is forced into being there and that I am inconveniencing her for being there to get a smoothie. She lacks customer care and I would never have a person like her working for my business. I sure hope ownership cleans this up at their Baytown location. They make better more consistently yummy smoothies here then they do at the owners other locations; Mont Belvieu and Pasadena. This is all coming from a guy who managed a Smoothie King for 5 years while in college.

Came back this morning after a horrible experience yesterday.with Jamiah And I'm thankful I did because of. Kevon & Sophia Great attitude friendly service made my drink remembered me awesome experience. That's how to move the king and the founders minute to be. I've grown up on this Smoothie king since they opened in Austin Texas. The founders would be very proud of these 2 and of course, the manager of this store awesome person. I came in needing some energy and a meal replacement and Miss Vanessa was the perfect help. I've always liked smoothie king but never knew how to make it work for me. Ended up getting the mango strawberry energy boost smoothie and adding protein, fiber, AND immune boost, as they were buy 2 get one! Definitely a great experience, and her citrus earrings were fun too!

The Smoothie King on Garth is awful. Always slow and never make the correct amount to properly fill the cup size. They continuously mess up orders and can’t seem to get smoothies done in a timely manner. I walked in and ordered a smoothie and waited roughly 20 minutes and watched multiple customers come in and order after I did and leave. They made my smoothie and had forgotten about it in the blender. I would highly suggest all smoothie king customers to drive the extra couple minutes to the mont Belvieu location. I will not be returning to the Garth location.

Love it here, my favorite is the Banana Boat. I try different things but my new addition is the fruit bowls. I don't like peanut butter so I order the 3 other types of bowls that uses Pitaya instead of Acai. It's not as tart so it's right up my alley. It's dragon fruit so it's sweeter, but not too sweet. They usually pile it up with fruit, so that's not too shabby.

This cafe is very inviting. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The owner always asks me if everything is well. I highly recommend this cafe on Garth. Next to Tidal wave

Smoothie King is my happy place. I go in every time with a smile because I'm so excited for my favorite smoothie, I brag about them in my YouTube videos, but my last two visits have been so disappointing that I'm considering no longer purchasing from this location. Not only have I not been greeted, but when they ask why I'm looking at the to-go smoothies and I tell them I have an order placed, they look totally confused. The time previous to my most recent stop, there were 2 girls on duty. After she asked what I was waiting for, she just stood there. (I'm the only customer inside, mind you.). So I continue waiting patiently, with no comment. Then I watch the other girl begin making a smoothie. When she's done, she sticks a straw in it and starts drinking it as she walks around the behind the register. Another few minutes pass, and finally the girl who spoke to me literally dragged her feet to begin making mine. At this point, it's been way past 10 minutes (the time that it was due to be complete). Once she finished, she literally slammed the smoothie down in front of me and said, "HERE.". Like....what!??? Are you serious right now? Not only have you refused to perform the job you are being paid here to do, but despite my smiles and friendly comments, I am treated as if I'm such a nuisance for coming and ordering my smoothie at all! 20 minutes passed before they completed my order, again, with literally No Orders in front of me, via online nor in-person. I got there a few minutes before the 10-minute mark, and yet still had to wait while watching them stare at the walls. I just can't anymore.....

Came in here this morning the girl that took my order was rude she didn’t say hi or acknowledge me was on the phone while taking my order didn’t give me my receipt,they left my drink in the counter didn’t even say when my drink was ready it was just sitting there. I never have issues when the guy takes my order but this morning the 2 girls in there where rude. I will no longer be going there.

I like their smoothies, service and friendly atmosphere. It can take a little while to get a smoothie sometimes, but they try to be quick. The place is always clean and they have always been stocked with what they needed to make at least my smoothie. Great variety and fair prices.
