I paid $18.08 for a fricken small sandwich. The double bacon sandwich. It didn't even occur to me the sandwich doesn't come with any practical side like French fries or hash browns. Actually the picture on the website shows the sandwich next to a big mound of hash browns but the description doesn't include them. So thats just downright deception. The only side the sandwich came with was a side of absolutely disgusting pickles. They are like a cross between dill and sweet pickles. They're horrible and inedible. I don't understand these places that charge ridiculous prices for lunch. You go into any of them and they're never more than half full. If they'd just lower prices 20%, they'd get 50% more customers. I surely am never returning to waste my money here again. It's a shame because the sandwich was good. Not $18 good tho. No break/lunch sandwich is.

Great service and atmosphere. I have not been super impressed with the food the last few times I have visited this location. I had a build my own scramble that included green chili, and the green chili was really bland. Kids loved their food, and $8 for a kids breakfast with drink is a good deal. Iced Americano was really good. I think they have really creative flavor ideas, there's just a little bit missing with the execution.

Josh went above and beyond. His first question when he got to our table was, "Does anyone have any allergies?" Being extremely allergic to dairy, it was fantastic to be asked and not have to tell the server my allergy. They have a code you can scan and see all allergy restrictions. The bloody Mary was perfect, and our food was delicious. Thanks again Josh you are amazing!!!

This new Snooze has the same vibe as their other locations in the metro area. I was disappointed by the price and amount of food. If you have food allergies, specifically dairy free AND gluten free, the menu is very limited- no pancakes for you, which made me quite sad. I paid a lot and didn’t get to eat much. Likely will not be back.

Sooo yummy. It has a fun retro vibe. I get George Jetson feels when I'm there. Food is not a terrible price either. The same for my family to eat at IHOP, so cost wise, it's quite comparable. Unless you add on alcoholic drinks of course. Plus their pancakes are incredible. Very simple but delicious twist on the classics. Potato pancakes are my personal fave but I like every meal I've had here so far!

There isn’t many options for someone who has a gluten & dairy allergy. But I was able to make the protein & veggie egg white plate work. Always super busy. Google gives you an option to jump on the waitlist when you are on your way (highly recommend!)

I have ordered from this company many times in Houston, TX delivery but never ate in the restaurant till today. I was very impressed with this brand new week old restaurant. Everything was shiny , crispy, and clean enough to eat off, not that I would.
I went for the signature fly with a twist. I got the strawberry short cake this time. The app ordering never gave me the option to change anything, so this was a new experience. I also had the hot chocolate with real milk, whipped cream, and chocolate drizzled on top. Check out the pic. I was impressed with the pleasing eye. The next drink is a blueberry lemon to die for, and I didn't know they served alcohol either till coming to a store.
The staff were super friendly and had great energy customer service there the whole place.

Signature Pancake Flight
Super delicious food and friendly service. The habanero pork belly fried rice was unique and wonderful with a great spice. Hash browns were crispy and tasty and the pancakes were fabulous. Loved everything we ordered! Our server was very sweet and our food came out in a prompt manner. I love the retro decor and that the menu has calorie counts on everything.
