The iced coffee is good and usually consistent, I'd consider myself a regular. Some days the staff are pretty friendly and other times service is lacking. That being said, I understand we all have our bad days but when it's multiple visits, it's disheartening. This is one of my favorite places! The breakfast sandwich is incredible. Delicious and great value, and the garlic aioli is out of this world. Plus it has a great comfortable atmosphere, and is a hub for Jacksonville arts and culture events. 10/10!
