This place used to be awesome. I’m a native and came all the time. Every Time I’m back in town I stop at the northern location and without fail they mess up my order every single time. The customer service is terrible. The young girls do not apologize for messing up orders after you wait in line for 20 minutes. The trash is overflowing outside. The food quality has plummeted as well. Sad to see this.

This was my first time to visit this coffee shop today. The location was okay off of Northern Avenue, there was plenty of parking, the parking lot was clean, there was a drive-thru, the building outside looked appealing and new, the inside of the restaurant was clean and a lot of different kinds of seating including a couple nice, comfortable couches, the room temperature in the dining room was quite warm, the employee who served me was mildly friendly, but looked a bit annoyed that I was spoiling his quiet mid-afternoon (it was 1:45pm on a Saturday), I got the dark roast since they didn't have any medium roast brewed (disappointing), my average-priced coffee was served barely Luke-warm (again, disappointing) but tasted good, they had relaxing music playing in the dining room, and they had free wi-fi that worked well.

This one is not as good as the one downtown. I got the chicken pesto croissant sandwich and my friend got the bacon and egg sandwich. I also got the Pueblo mocha. Both sandwiches were decent. The mocha was not as spicy as I would've liked or as the one in the Solar roast downtown. While I'm happy there is one here, I think I'll stick to the one downtown.

This is a fantastic coffee shop! The staff are so friendly and sweet and so knowledgeable. The shop itself is bright and welcoming and so fun. Loved all the foods and drinks we got too. Must try this place!
They forgot our bagels so that's the 3 stars. The mocha granita was super good. Something to have like twice a year! I'd like to know the fat and calorie content.

Just travelling through Pueblo. I wanted to try a local place instead of SBs. I ordered a dark roast with a shot of 1/2 n 1/2. I got a breve latte + 1/2 n 1/2. Basically got a 16 oz cup of milk:/ Unfortunately, I didn't check the coffee until I was five miles down the road. Didn't think I needed to. This is kind of scary since I also ordered a GF bagel (allergy). Seems they got that right. :/

The food is always on point. I’ve given two chances to this store to sweeten my jasmine tea with EXTRA honey. And both times, they tasted unsweetened. What’s the problem? I’m paying for it arent i? How hard is it to pour honey into a cup? It’s ridiculous. Today my husband asked for a large cup of ice FOUR TIMES. They handed him a small, until we had to ask them AGAIN for a large. They didn’t smile literally until we drove away, they weren’t friendly, their customer service sucks. They all seemed like they hated their job. I know we’re all humans but the service is SERIOUSLY lacking. People go out to coffee shops and restaurants not only for the coffee or food but also for a friendly face or at least to not feel like they are being burden for asking for sweetened tea. It’s supposed to be welcoming.
Edit: I just realized I didn’t specify. I have to been to other Solar Toast coffees that provide much better customer service. I’ve only had the bad experience with this one.
Clean with adequate seating. Prices seem higher than necessary. Staff are extremely impatient and seem frustrated by questions. They forget orders and become hostile when asked about it. Waited 40 min for a bagel.

$30 for 4 chocolate shakes with whipped cream and what we got was 4 chocolate milks with no whipped cream. You shouldn't be able to use a small-size straw to suck up a chocolate shake. When you're handed a cup of a sloshing 'shake' something is wrong. I've only been here one other time and I got a cinnamon roll that was stale and hard as a rock, also overpriced. The service is mediocre at best - if you're going to spend that much money it's better to just go to Starbucks where the quality and service is always top-notch. I try to support small business but this is not worth the money.
