I come here almost every single morning and the 2 gentlemen that work here are always soo sweet and helpful. They have my order ready to go when I pull up! They make my morning peaceful every day. Great job Pioneer Sonic! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would give this place ZERO stars if I had too, I'd worked here in 2023 and all I got to say is the MANGER JOSEPH! was such a a headache!! I was a young girl there and I was the kind of person who just wanted to work and go home and in the mornings it would just me and him and another coworker, and he's all nice and friendly and stuff untill around the evening time more workers come in and that's when i get off and if I'm doing anything like making shakes, making slushes and stuff he would be like "Don't be breaking anything" like I don't know what I'm doing...and then he would always blame stuff on me if someone or him got an order wrong because he knows I'm not that kind if person to speak up! Even when I did he would ignore me and not listen to me! And I was like yep I'm quitting after I get my paycheck. So the on my last day I was asking him if he can clock me out but he acted like he couldn't hear me and I was speaking at a perfect volume 🙄 so I asked the manager assistant if she could clock me out and she said "sure!" And when she did I was getting my food and jacket and then the manger said to me "what are you still doing here?! Go leave get out of here!" And so I left and you don't know how bad I wanted to yell at his face for being so rude to me. So if you're a person who is younger than him and don't stand up for yourself against grown people picking on you and being two face on you DON'T WORK HERE! he would ack all nice to you first and then switch up on you and throw you under the bus! If he's still working there I am not going back, he is such a dog the way he be trying to get girls at work knowing darn well the woman he be talking to don't even like him LIKE DO YOUR JOB AND STOP SIMPING OVER WOMAN MOST OF THE TIME!!🙄

The guys taking orders to your car wait until multiple orders are ready to take out your food. My son was late to school for his slow service, I arrived at Sonic at 8:00am and drove around so I knew I was the only customer there, 3 more customers pulled in right after I placed my order, it took 30min for a order of 2 corn dogs, then I realized he brought all 3 customers orders at once, just because it was cold outside, instead of wear properly wear smh, it happened on 11/27th Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Too much Fritos on the junior Fritos chili wrap and it was very little chilli in it as well, mislabeled a ultimate burrito from super sonic burrito (with jalapeños) be thankful I wasn’t allergic to jalapeños (the super sonic one is for my grandpa) I took I bite because the ultimate was marked with jalapeños while the super wasn’t, the lady who took my order was very rude and kept rushing to finish my order when I was trying to order a medium Dp with real cream and vanilla and she didn’t put real cream in it, I was trying to ask my elderly grandfather if he wanted a large fries or small and I went to go say large and she put it as a small Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Hit or miss, food is sonic, fast food so expectations are not high, but small things add, the level of service is lacking and little things like missing a cherry on a shake and the wrong straw, while not big things are not relevant to the level of service promised vs delivered. Pulled I. To first spot to find that the screen was not working, I had order on mobile app, but still has to find another stall. Stop by today to grab a number one. With bacon ended up having a greasy Burger with Brunt bacon. I told the guy from the speak and all he said was didn't you want bacon. Yes I did but not burnt bacon Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

HORRIBLE! STAFF CAUGHT SMOKING CBD IN THE PARKING LOT! RUDE! This location is absolutely horrible and a laughing stock of all Sonic Chains! I would never recommend anyone going here. We saw four staff outside near the storage room smoking what smelled as strong marijuana (possibly CBD). We had to roll up our windows. The attendant at the drive thru was rude to my spouse. They charged us for an ice cream but didn't bring it. We saw a female manager go to the storage area and she was very angry. She went in and threw a huge box to the ground, then started to kick it inside the restaurant (hope it wasn't food). This place is always crowded for some reason, and folks can sit waiting for 20-30 mins easy without getting services. A joke of a restaurant, I would advise all to go a few miles down the road to another Sonic Drive in!

You know the Holidays are here when you get a drink cup with cute decorations at Sonic.. Had to grab a drink on my way to visit family. The lady who brought my drink to my car was very sweet.
