On Friday, 1/19/24, whoever was working the drive through during the evening was so high on pills, I had to tell her what drink I wanted 3 different times, even though it was on the receipt in front of her. It took over 5 min to get my change, 2 drinks and a bag of ice. She got 0/2 on the drinks correct, then forgot the ice. The other 3-4 employees were standing behind her talking the whole time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered on the app. I soon seen my name pop up. I look a few minutes later it was gone so I thought they were on their way out. I sat there for over 20 minutes. So I call them they found my other and brought it out quickly… like it had been sitting there. When she handed me the bag she said they were out of onion rings that I could get any other side. If I could give zero stars I would. We had ordered our food on the app. We checked in and it was taking forever so we hit the button and they said we are drive thru only. Mind you we had already checked in 10 minutes earlier. Went through drive thru got our food home which is 5 minutes away. Opened it and it was cooked in old grease. Our food was cold and plain nasty. I called to get the GM name and they said they were on vacation but could give me someone else's number. I said I want my money back. I also stated that I would be calling the health dept because the lettuce was slimy and brown. The girl then said she wouldn't give me the phone number and she doesn't care if the health dept shows up. This is not okay. I want my money back and for someone to call me back. This Sonic has gone down hill. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came here to do a doordash order and pulled into a spot. The woman tells me they are only drive thru only. I get in line and wait. And wait. And wait. So I decided to leave and had to cancel my order. This Sonic is one of the worst restaurants in the Broken Arrow area. AVOID!

Came in last night for dinner around 6:30. It was pretty busy but food was quick and fresh. My carhop was real friendly and it all around made for a good dinner. Thank you guys ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I buy on an average of 10 bags of ice and usually order something to eat same time , every week. The stalls never work. Something is always wrong that you can't pay atfter you order. It takes forever simple things to get. They take the ice out set it in the hot kitchen , don't bring it to you fresh out of freezer so it melts and when you put it in your freezer it's melted and then hardens and you have to swing a hammer to break it up to put it in a dispensary for ice. I e asked even the mgr to stop it because I'm disabled and it's very hard on me. So, now I go to to a different Sonic who cares about their customers. I've given the one on 129th and Garnett over and over and over again to help me, they NEVER improve. It's always an excuse they are shorthanded. Last time I went, the fries were cold the onion rings and mozzarella sticks burnt and 3 bags of ice dripping water like a sieve at the bottom. I ordered a double meat hamburger with no cheese, fries. And shake. However. When I got home is was a double meat cheese burger. Fries. Shake. I hate anything on my sandwiches other than meat and bread. But my Goldendoodle loved it. Please check your order before leaving. Went in for a late snack at night. WE ASK TO MAKE SURE CORN DOGS WERE FRESH AND HOT IN DRIVE THRU. corn dogs were Luke warm chewy and tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for a long time, when we straight up asked to have them fresh and didn't mind waiting to have fresh food.. They weren't over friendly and a bunch of kids who acted like they just didn't care. I wouldn't recommend it at least at night. Sonic your food AND service keeps going downhill. If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 2 chili dogs a med fry and a sweet tea. Waited 45 mins. Tried to just cancel the order but no one would answer. Food was cold as hell. This sonic just seems to keep going down hill. Even the manager is hateful as this isn’t the first encounter. I let the first one go thinking it was just a bad day but clearly not.
