This sonic is one of the best by far. The food is always fresh and out fast. Employees are very respectful and nice. Especially the blonde carhop, well she used to be blonde she has supposedly dyed it black . She is always so friendly and has one in a million personality, she’s awesome! Always so friendly can definitely brighten your day if you’re having a bad one. Not to mention a cutie! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped to get a treat for my son and to try the new chophouse burger. It was a busy Tuesday night, so there was a bit of a wait, but not horrible. Got my food and drink and went 7 min home. Opened the bag at home and opened the sandwich to find a chicken slider instead of a burger. Tried to call and got no answer. Drove back and waited in line again to be told that they were just talking about the mix up. Waited again and watched food be walked out to the car BEHIND me. When I finally got the food, which is 5.99, I got the equivalent to a plain cheeseburger with 2 onion rings on it. There was some kind of spread on it, but couldn't identify it. Given the temp of the food, I'm guessing this was my original burger from 15+ min ago. I am extremely disappointed in the service and will give serious thought to ever returning to this location. It's a fun place to go on cruise nights and just for a fun, quick snack. Happy hour is 2 to 4 daily. Try a cherry limeade or any of hundreds of other combinations. It's a bit pricey, but what isn't these days. Ask for your tater tots crispy and a bit well done, you'll thank me! Annoyed with this location. Almost every time my brother and I go there they mess something up. Tonight we went there and ordered ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burritos. Once we got home, we found out we got regular small breakfast burritos. So we didn’t get what I paid for. It’s frustrating to say the least. I mean come one it wasn’t even busy! Best Sonic in the area by miles. The other Sonic in Loveland takes much longer, and the food/drinks at this location are better. Definitely our go-to drive-in spot now. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don't know why the sonics in loveland are still open. Last night I went to this location and they were out of the two things I wanted. Not a big deal but frustrating. Today I decided to give it a shot at a different location (Denver Ave near Walmart) and no one ever responded in drive through to the person 3 cars ahead. Half the time i drive by a sonic at 8pm, and all the lights are off wven though it says open till 10pm. Does anyone actually work at these sonics? Are they just parking lots at this point? In looking at the other reviews, I see what looks like an automated response that has a 800 number. I'm guessing I'll get one of those too after I submit this. Is there some cheat code I'm unaware of that unlocks the ordering ability at these restaurants? Do I need to download an update? I just want some mozzarella sticks. Is that DLC content? Owner should fire their trash employees! Waited twenty minutes without a peep from the employees. Didn’t even get to order food. Decided to go to a place that can at least talk to customers! Never again! Service: 1

My friend picked up some food and I got a cherry limeade drink. I asked for them to be easy on the ice & they didn't listen at all! That was the only thing that wasn't correct. Other than that it was good. Didn't take very long at all & the staff was very friendly, respectful, and nice. She even gave my friends dog a treat which was awesome! after receiving horrible food previously I asked nicely that it be fresh this time ..I received a under cooked chili cheese tot ..I'm sure they had a laugh ..I complained asked for refund and was treated very rudely by manager of the name of Gabriel kid needs a serious attitude adjustment and terminated immediately he has no people skills or emotion just blank lost rude and clueless..corporate will be contacted and results will happen !!!! get your store together !!!!
