I will most definitely not be using this location again and I'd suggest to avoid it. Probably the rudest experience I've had at a Sonic before, we stopped by to get a couple of drinks, and the woman working was incredibly rude. We barley ordered one drink before she gave the total and we had to stop her to try and order the shake we wanted. She quickly said the ice-cream machine was down, and our total popped up on the screen before we could try to ordered something else instead. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We've tried going back many times, it's always dead so you would think they would be able to get an order right... but not once!! Terrible service and not great food either!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On 3 occasions within 3 months I have mobile app ordered food+sonic blast. 30 minutes of waiting with 0 communication. Press button and ask for eta. Told sonic blast are not available and they haven't even started my order because of that or bothered to notify me. They were not empty but not busy either every time. Management is failing to correct this repetitive behavior across multiple month period. Whoever is managing this location should be ashamed. Not once but three times they never even planned on notifying me. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There are no words for this establishment. The worst customer service by far. This sonic needs better management and better employees to turn it around. I try to order from this location every now and then but I’m always disappointed. Was ordering a drink today- after the 3rd time repeating my order, I just told the lady “never-mind thank you” and I left. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Once again sonic was out of pretzels and the chicken strips are way up in price and are smaller. Some flavored drinks were out as well as mozzarella sticks. Had to settle again instead of getting what we wanted. Took longer to get with not many people visiting. Nice employees though. Sonic now has gotten out of our allowed price range. I love all things Sonic but this is by far the worst sonic on the planet. Tots are old and almost stale, burgers are hours old and that's even if they get your order right. Who play My Name Is Michael? This is the worst. I mean the worst sonic drive in ever there is a female in there. And she had attitude I went in there to order some food their first proxy works. I go to the other box by me doing that the girl comes outside starts yelling streaming and tell me don't go more than one so. Didn't confident they don't help about nobody and on? Top of all that the. Managers. Is just as horses? The employees sonic drive in on 17th Avenue in goldport Mississippi is the worst participant better. People

Place looks like a pigsty outside, while 5 employees are outside smoking by dumpster area. Out of sweet tea, ordered cranberry limeade, no welcome when I said thank you to carhop, rude response when notified them Sprite must be out because I received carbonated water not to mention no limes. Comes as no surprise. Will not be back. Only reason I didn't pass this place up is because I knew they have a restoom. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The shake machine was down for technical issues and the fries were hard, dark brown, greasy & tasted like they were cooked-sat for awhile- then thrown back in the fryer (double cooked). Not a good experience this time. Hopefully the next future visit will be amazing, and the issues corrected...!! Foods good when right and not messed up. Last 2 times have been very disappointing. Last time I got a slushy and it was mostly just liquid and barley andy ice. This time my milkshake isn't even full and I paid for large fries that they barely put any in. I closed up the bag expecting everything to be correct. If i had check b4 i left I would have asked for it to be fixed. Amanda my sever was super sweet tho. Just make sure you check your food b4 you leave
