I always enjoy Sonic food. However, I don't enjoy Sonic's definition of "fast". I don't mind a small delay, but I typically only stop at this location if I'm already on that hill shopping because it always takes forever, no matter what I order. Time of day doesn't seem to be a factor- you get the same experience no matter when you visit; I don't mean that as a compliment either. It's unfortunate because I feel like this location could do really well in this area, but they need a new service plan. My very first time eating at Sonic Drive-In! Wow was I surprised at how big the burgers are and they are delicious! A little messy to eat, but definitely the best burger I've eaten from any fast food place. The pretzel twists are really good and so are the fries, although I prefer waffle cut fries normally. My son had the roast beef and cheese. The roast beef tasted like a home cooked roast, great flavor! At first glance at the menu and prices, I thought it was a little pricey, but not after I saw how big the sandwiches are. I have only one complaint, but won't let it affect my rating it 5 stars. A few employees were wearing their masks under their noses. Either wear a mask right or don't wear one at all. I might not visit again as quickly as I would like simply because of the way some employees were wearing their masks, but I will be a frequent customer in the future when the Covid madness dies down.

First timer, & I never want to any other fast food place WOW! Lime slushy was great. Red, white, blue was fantastic & made with real strawberries on top, so good. All American hot dog combo w/tots - fantastic! Double patty with cheese & bacon not a grease burger at all - so delicious. Will return every chance I get.

Stopped by here last night. Put an order in through the app. Pulled into a stall and checked in. Waited about 30 mins and then other customers cakes to my vehicle asking if we were able to order. They had tried ordering and no response. The crew had locked the store down and closed it for the night. I placed my order at 8:10 pm. They had apparently closed the restaurant down at 7. The girls who work there said they closed at 7 due to no management. They sat in their cars for about 2 hours watching us and others try to order or see what was going on. Instead of putting signs up or turning us away. Another customer had told one of the girls that I had placed an online order and already paid. And their response was “I don’t know what to tell you. They’ll have to call in the morning and try to fix it then.” I was there for an hour waiting on food that I paid for and then having to call corporate to get my money back. This is all ridiculous and unprofessional. If you closed your doors due to “no management” then why were half the lights still on, the app still working (they shut it off during business hours anyways), and you sit in your cars for 2 hours watching people get irritated. I usually get great food from here. But tonight was not a good night! Bought $19.56 worth of food, not one napkin or mint! Also, my coney dog was buried beneath fries, tots and two big burgers, smashed at the bottom. Thanks guys...

I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, then decided to go to a stall. There I sat for 10 minutes watching as the employees stood around and ignored the fact that I pushed the button to order 4 times. Might I add I’m the only vehicle in the parking lot. The carhop was friendly and kind. The food was good, but her friendly personality made it a great experience. Using the app was easy and convenient when customizing my order. It’s a fast food place so wasn’t expecting the carhop’s bubbly personality. Really pleased with my choice to stop. Sat in the drive in parking place for 10 minutes AFTER pushing the button to order. There were no other cars that had gone through the drive thru and only one other car that had their order already when we arrived. A couple minutes after pushing the order button for a second time(thinking maybe it wasnt working) when another customer pulled in beside us, someone loudly came on the speaker and said, "what do you want?". I ordered the 2 drinks. They said "k. It'll be o.." and cut off before they finished the word "out". The lack of courteousness was astounding. Several minutes later our 2 drinks came out ..and they were disappointing to say the least. Tasted and looked like way less flavoring/fruit was added compared to every other Sonic I've been to. Slushes that have always been red, were a pale orange/pink.
