I come to this drive in pretty much everyday and I must say , the manager at this location is doing an awesome job cause the employees are awesome and very friendly !! Good job to the whole Crew ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Last Friday I went and ordered onion rings And jalapeno cheddar poppers.on my way home from a very long day at work. I paid for my order went home and opened my bag and they didn't put my onion rings in the bag they put mozzarella sticks instead. I immediately called the location they said I could come back..I told him I was exhausted he said I'll write your name down and next time you come we will give you the correct order. I went again last night ( Friday)...and was told I need my receipt and the person I talked to...I didn't know the info and I don't keep fast food receipts. They told me they couldn't give me my onion rings. Eaten at the LaPlace Sonic over many years. Some visits are better than others. But, generally a good experience. If you order a hamburger they will bring a cheese burger every time and don't even seem to know the difference. UPDATE: This restaurant has definitely changed. Since hiring new staff service is very good & so is our food. It also comes out in a timely manner! Please keep up the good work! OLD REVIEW: I keep trying to give this Sonic a chance. Several times. I love Sonic but this particular location is absolutely horrific! Also.... to make matters worse the service sucks/takes so long even when it's not busy. MY FOOD IS ALWAYS ALWAYS NASTY. NEVER TO RETURN. I used the app to make my order. They gave me a time that the food would be ready. I got there early and checked in. Another car pulled up after me and placed their order there. I got a burger, cheese sticks, and a drink. The car next to me ended up getting 2 shakes and a medium-sized bag before me. This was after my estimated time. I waited 15 minutes after my time and finally got my food. Very bad management. The car hop was not friendly at all. An all around bad experience.
