I ordered one mini shake, one small blast, and two medium blast tonight around 6-ish. Every single one of them were only filled to the top of the cup and not inside the lid like they are supposed to. Each cup was covered in ice cream, so all of our hands were sticky. We were only given one straw and no napkins. The milkshake was so melted that it was like cold, chocolate, gel soup. The whip cream on the milkshake was stained red, but there was no cherry. Also, the picture of the turtles blast looks like the ice cream was supposed to be something other than vanilla, and I got vanilla. I feel as if this location has gone down hill. My family and I used to get ice cream and slushies from here often, but unfortunately, that may no longer be the case. I'm not sure who was the manager in charge of this shift, but our car hops name was Aniyah, or something similar to that.i really hope for better service in the future, but we may just start going to peach park to get ice cream from now on. Cooks are great. We came by and got a few of the chili cheese Frito wraps and they were amazing, so was the cherry limeade. Keep up the great work!

Nightmare trip to Sonic. I clipped my mirror on the narrow stall. My corndog was burnt, and my shake got all over my console because when I tried to grab it, the lid came off, and it just started melting everywhere. I gave Sonic 2 stars because I came around 2:45 p.m. they had six people in the Drive-Thru so I decided to go into a stall where I sat for 14 minutes waiting on one strawberry Coke. While in the meantime there were people taking people in the Drive-Thru just drinks and letting them go Sonic you got to do better it seems to be a problem on the wait time other than that the drink was good except it was more strawberry than it was coke

My mediun buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken... theres no chicken; I sent my coworker to get me this and they didn't even give her a receipt, they said yah we can grt it for you but then took forever to come back with the receipt. And then corporate says to escalate this... but last time I had to complain about something they didn't respond either. So just don't buy food here lol.

I don't understand why this location is so desperate to save money that they refuse to change out the oil in their fryers. EVERYTIME I come here, the tots, fries, or onion rings are absolute trash. The old oil they are cooked in makes them unedible. It's funny, I leave this review as if the owner/management actually cares. I just can't shop at this location any more, it's just worth it. This is what you get at Sonic in Clanton!!!!! Absolutely Pathetic!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time or money. We gave it back to them at the window and they just said "someone burnt another one". Absolutely AWFUL. Spent 68$ on food and every single thing was disgusting. Coney dogs were rubbery and tasted and smelled old. Kids chicken fingers were cooked so long they were black. I worked at restaurants through school and I never would’ve served food like that. Called the “manager” and she said they could remake it. Why would I want a repeat of what they gave us?
