I ordered an ocean water with sweet cream and nerds. They gave me a blue water with cherries and a water down ice drink. Nothing compared to what are ocean waters used to be like they’re just starting to turn horrible. And their customer service sucks. Ever since the new sonic opened, they barely put anything in there sonic blasts. I would rather they charge me $.50 more and put something in it besides ice cream! Went thru drive up 12/27/23.. didn't get full order, what we got was f------ nasty. We drove all the way over from West side Wal-Mart for trash. Been trying to call them no answer. Cold, stale fries, tater tots, hamburger, coke , sprite and the chile dog( which we didnt get. I will make one trip out to get my money back. But I wont eat there ever again. This place is trash. They shut down for almost a year because of how terrible they were, and just recently reopened, but not much has changed. The wait time is long, the prices are high, the food isn't that good, and you can't even use the app to order. I came by to pick up six drinks today for my employees, they brought them out one by one and told me they didn't have any drink carriers. When I asked how I was supposed to drive, they shrugged and said "Good luck." There's absolutely zero reason to drive to this end of town to go to Sonic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I show up and push the button to order and they see me there and I wait more cars are showing and and being helped and I’m still waiting. I waited 40 mins I pulled to the drive thru and was help. I asked why I wasn’t helped their response was they didn’t know what I was doing there they thought I just was parked. Ordered online for something different for wife & myself. When I arrived, I learned that they were closing the store for good in two days. They didn't have most of the items I wanted to order so, we all (dogs were with us too) went without any ice cream. Pretty disappointing. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Friendly, however poor speed and quality of food. Sweet tea wasn't sweet. My medium chili cheese tots were lacking chili & not very fresh also had circle back and go get them. Staff were very apologetic. Just wasn't a good day.

We ordered 3 shakes, fries, and cheese bites. The wait time for this order with very few customers on a Sunday afternoon was -30 minutes. Additionally, the fries were cold, and the cheese bites were luke-warm. The one positive was that the shakes were good. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
