I live right by grateful bagel but will drive all the way across town to eat here instead. Their bagels are unbeatable, the perfect consistency, full of flavor. And the staff are the absolute friendliest. Pay in cash and get a discount! Why do I have to wait until all of your regulars get their food before me? When I clearly ordered before "all" of them. To top it off, next time don't say hello "sir" unless you know for sure it isn't a woman. Thats plain rude, and completely unacceptable.
