If I could give this place 0 stars I would, they gave us stale, hard bread and burnt onion rings that tasted burnt and like oil and when I called to say something the guy answering the phone which was most likely Jason B, he placed me on a silent hold mid sentence. Waste of time and money. Should’ve went to the sandwich man instead, but decided to try something different and give this place a try. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the rudest treatment I’ve ever received at a restaurant. I placed an order on DoorDash. The driver went above and beyond trying to solve the issue. South Philly claimed to never receive my order. The Dasher called to ask if I cancelled, which I did not. South Philly then proceeds to tell us that someone picked up the order. That was because the Dasher was at the store. I asked to speak with the guy from South Philly and he began yelling at me that my order was picked up. I tried to tell him it’s showing the dasher at the store but he wouldn’t listen to me. I understand technical errors but that is not a way to talk to a customer who wasn’t even upset on the phone. A loved their food but I will not be back. Service Delivery Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
