Always wanted to try this place out and finally made my way there. Should have gone sooner! I got the catfish dinner with baked beans and collard greens. Requested it to be fried crispy and they did just that! Everything was seasoned so well and the Kool-Aid was flavorful without being too sweet. Will be returning and making sure I share the word! First time trying Southside today... I got the Double South Side Classic and fries. The Burger and fries were great! This will definitely be one of my go to places in Battle Creek.

They must put AWESOMESAUCE on the burgers. Pictures are of “The General” and “Grubzter”. Not only was the burger good, but the brisket on the general (YES I SAID BRISKET) was yummville. What a great place, clean, friendly, easy in and out. Will DEFINITELY be going back to try the other food. Oh and did I mention there is a loyalty card.

What a Great place for a Quality bite to eat. I had the Catfish and spaghetti special🔥🔥, my daughter had the crispy chicken sandwich basket with a big glass of kool aid with fruit. She said it was way better than Popeyes😯 We will definitely be heading back soon.

Oh my goodness. I can't with some family and most of us don't live locally, so we decide to try something local. We over ordered in order to try a variety of things. Listen folks, EVERYTHING was AMAZING. Not ok. Not alright. Not good. Everything was amazing. I've never not been able to find some kind of small thing that didn't go well. That didn't happen.
