Has the worst customer service. It took me 20-30mins waiting to be served. After I walked to counter, all I got was an apology and leftover food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst customer service you can find in a restaurant! The waitresses treat the customer as if they are begging for the food. I waited for over 15 minutes to attract the attention of a drove of waitresses who were hunched over the counter gossiping all that time. After rudely taking my order, the waitress goes back for another 30 minutes of gossip. When I beckoned her over to inquire about my order which she had promised would be ready in 10 minutes, she unapologetically tells me to order for something else since 'she forgot to tell me that my order was not available!' Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

These days they have very poor services I asked for chicken luwombo and they gave me nacks only. And when you ask for food they take long to serve you. Am not happy at all

The traditional/local food options here are tasty and full of flavor. Very recommended. The shortfall is with the service. Unless you stand up or verbally call the wait staff, you will be ignored for long periods of time. Incredible food with generous portions. I was full before I even got halfway... I've never been to a fast for going that also serves traditional food as well. Keep it up guys. This place is a must-visit for any tourist. Five stars all the way!

Stopped there to wait for quick coffee break, and to wait for someone. We ordered two drinks, one coffee with milk and one spiced tea. There was only one customer ahead, but yet my order took about 15 minutes. The staff was just standing around, talking ad laughing. It was rather frustrating to have to keep going back to check on an order.....of tea and coffee. By the time, it came, we had to go and so we got the order to go. Imagine the surprise to reach the car and find out that the tea was weak and lukewarm. We ended up throwing the tea out. I was highly disappointed with the customer service.
