this place is everything I love in a cafe! The set meal I ordered had many unique little flavors in there, the side salad had a lot of variety too. And my first time ever seeing ginger longan tea before. And the owners are just kind people. // the place is really quiet, shaded, has a lovely succulent garden to look out over

Walk to the entrance through the garden, the cafe is more spacious than many of those in Hualien. Large tables are provided. It seems there is only one man serving around, so you may have to wait longer for the ordered. (notice on a board) I ordered one citrus smoothie (150twd+10%) which cost a bit much than others (meanwhile service charge is not common here). Service is good with politeness. If you like more spacious and sunlit area, this cafe can be one choice.

Everything about this Café was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful, the drinks tasty and very well rounded, the cake was delicious and the staff friendly and even spoke English! Going to this Café was overall a very pleasant experience.

This place is such a lovely relaxing environment. I just had a coffee but it was very nice and reasonably priced. Service was very thoughtful and I could stay as long as I liked enjoying the view of the garden. The food coming out looked good as well.

Lovely café, great atmosphere, kind and cheerful staff. Had a cup of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. One of the best cups of coffee I had at a café. I also had a piece of blueberry cheesecake and enjoyed it a lot. Disclaimer: never drank JMB coffee before or visit cafés know for their coffee often.
