We had a wonderful dinner at Gabriel's. It is a one man restaurant and the pasta was al dente. Everything was made with love and ot was totally worth coming here. We proceeded to get dinner in his restaurant the following night. Very great service and friendly chef. Totally recommended. Would definitely come back. We showed up pretty early in the afternoon, and we were the only couple in the place. It was like having a personal chef. The pasta was delightful and the atmosphere was superb. Gabriel was fantastic.

Our family strolled in Sunday evening for dinner at this humble restaurant. Glad we were able to make it here for dinner. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Not all items will be available, but we knew that and accepted it. The wait, the food, the pleasure of seeing a one-man show! Will definitely make it back again. Very cute and delicious local restaurant! The owner does everything by himself and is very friendly! We came in late and there was no more Pizza, but the pasta (with shrimps & the bloody mary pasta) we took were perfectly al dente and delicious! The house wine was also very good. Best and most authentic Italian in La Paz. I don’t know where to begin. This place is humble and romantic. The food was prepared fresh right by us and was cooked to perfection. I had the spaghetti aglio and gave it a chefs kiss!!! The service was excellent and Gabriele was so attentive and kind. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and that’s coming from a complete food snob. If you want amazing food in a quiet and romantic space…. this is the place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place was such a great experience. We looked at a few Italian restaurants but decided on Los Gabrieles and were fortunate we did. It was only the two of us there until another party of one walked in. We asked her to join us and had an amazing dinner. Gabriel was a great host, waiter and excellent chef more importantly! The food was amazing and fresh and worth the wait. Highly recommend if you are looking for something quite and romantic with great food! Grazie Gabriel 🤌🏼 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
