We stopped by Spyglass for some drinks and to enjoy the sunset while we waited for dinner to take home. Their outdoor patio has been a favorite of ours for years with the spectacular view of the cliffs and ocean. Granted we haven't visited in a little while, but completely shocked to find out they are now charging a swipe fee if you pay with your credit card. It may be stated in small print somewhere on the menu, but neither of us saw it. I know it won't bother a lot of people (most probably won't even notice), but as a local small business owner, I was disappointed and won't be returning. I would have much preferred paying a few dollars extra for a good meal than feeling like I was being nickel and dimed over a swipe fee. 😢 Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
