I ordered a bakers dozen with a tub of chive and onion cream cheese online only to be delivered a honey walnut cream cheese with my order sticker that clearly says chive and onion cream cheese. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was spreading the honey walnut on my Asiago bagel 🤮 and there is no app support so now I'm out a tub of cream cheese I don't want and a wasted bagel. Do better! Ordered a mobile order on March 5 around 5pm. I pulled up to the drive through and said I have a mobile order. The girl working said “yeah” I started to say “can I pull forward” and she said “it’s up here”…..??? The customer service was not there at all. This girl needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. She didn’t need to be overly friendly, but she could’ve said go ahead pull around, pull forward, literally anything else other than it’s up here 🙄 I got tomato soup and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was the saddest one I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that you know is decent. Not this one. The meal was great. Caught them in the evening with a store that was almost empty. The store was clean and my food came out fast and good. I had the pick2 with soup and salad. My only complaint is that they were out of the baguette. I was told they were thrown out. Not sure why that was the case🤔. Get you some.. Update - came here on Saturday for brunch, and it was rough. Drinks were not made until we asked them why they weren't done yet. A lady who made an online order waited for over an hour for her drinks. Also got the size of our drink wrong. Didn't have it remade coz we would have waited again... Croutons on the greek salad were stale, and it took forever to get the rest of our food. Also placed an online order for a bagel pack, and after 30 minutes, we asked them why it wasn't done yet, was just told they were out of bagels and we'd have to wait 40 more minutes. Had to ask them to cancel it instead. They could be more organized. They're not understaffed, there were a lot of employees, but some were just standing around not doing anything. ‐-------- They don't always call out when your food is ready. We ordered smoothies, and we had to ask for them coz they didn't include it with our food. Ordered from APP and sent my boyfriend to pick up. He said never again! Not only was he treated rudely by the manager for asking where to pick up Rapid Pickup, he was rude about having to give him coffee cups. Then he waited while an employee made coffee since ALL the carafes were empty. She was slamming things around and let the customers know how unhappy she was. My App said I had a reward and they refused to give it to him. Not one employee smiled or made him feel welcome. We will never spend another dime there. My bagel was even so over toasted it was chewy and hard to swallow! Guessing the employees are just mirroring how their manger acts towards his job. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited this location today and I received awesome service! As a person who frequently engages with the public, I appreciated the energy and enthusiasm. I can’t remember who was there but he gave me my food around 11:15. Very friendly!! I love a good service, and I needed that on today!! This is a great place to dine with friends and family. They have a great selection of different types of bread, cookies, and sandwiches. You can order ahead via the app on your phone. My friend and me went to eat dinner before a meeting. The menu was very confusing and my friend got blue cheese in her salad. She's severely allergic. She couldn't eat it the clerk did step up and make one without it. Wish the menu boards were more clear on ingredients. The photos on the menu were not clear at all. Hands up to a 👍 great job to the guy who stepped up so my friend could have the salad she needed and we still ate and were on time. She personally doesn't want to eat at this location anymore but I do see where staff was attempting to try to correct the issues. Thanks! Waited In the drive thru for 20 mins! No cars ahead of me! One car served at one time!!! Came to the window no apology .. girl was just laughing and playing around with co workers!
