The RUDEST costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I work retail and I would be EMBARRASSED to act like these employees acted. Ordered at the kiosk that they promote only to be told that they didn’t get our order, which we then proceeded to get an attitude for something that wasn’t our fault. They then proceeded to tell us not to ever order at the kiosk and to order up front. Once we got our food we realized the melt we ordered wasn’t heated which they then acted like it was our fault again. NEVER going back to this location! I was really impressed with my dinner experience last night! The employees were so nice, the dining area was super clean (tables, chairs, floor); it was comfortable walking into, even though it was Friday night. Worst Panera EVER!! I just finished a long shift and all I wanted was some turkey chili to soothe my long day. I ever to this Panera and had to park in from with my hazard light because there was NO parking . I asked for Turkey chili twice! The person and the cash register must not have cared. If that wasn’t bad enough, I waited more than 5 mins for something that was already prepared . It’s soup! It’s just a bowl of chili. I asked for my ETA and the kitchen representative gave me an order. I was parked with my hazard lights on so I just grabbed my food and drove home because I was so TIRED. I arrived and was very disappointed to find wild rice chicken 🤦🏽‍♀️. Ugh!!! After a long day why do I have to check if my order is correct isn’t that Panera’s job! I’m just so sad because it ruined my day. I was already having a bad day, all I wanted was my favorite soup. Why couldn’t I just get my favorite soup 😞 😢 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Horrible place, literally 90% of the time they will mess up your order. Who puts bbq sauce in the Greek salad? I mean… not to mention the fact that they can’t figure out what the difference between broccoli cheddar and street corn chowder soup is. My last time ordering from this place. The fact that these people still have business is insane.

It was busy about 30 minutes ago--12:45 or so. They are short staffed I guess. I ordered 1/2 tuna on wheat toast. The woman left register to expedite an order. Someone else came to finish my order. Have no idea how she changed it, but I just opened it and found ham on bread with lettuce and tomato. Good thing I'm not a vegetarian. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Let me tell you, I love me some Panera Bread! The bread, awesome, the meat (bacon and roasted turkey my preference), so awesome! And don't get me started on the bacon mac n cheese. Oooweee! Just go, I promise whatever you get you won't be disappointed. 3/7/18 I had the Cuban (a new sandwich for the first time. It was great!
