Beautiful restaurant with wonderful service. We loved our breakfasts at ‘Stambul each morning. The design of the restaurant is gorgeous! The food was wonderful. Beautiful pastries, Turkish mezze, perfectly cooked eggs, lovely fruit. But the staff are what we loved the most. Everyone was so friendly and took excellent care of us. Danish and Janak made sure we had everything we needed everyday and made us feel so special. Tsion greeted us with the warmest smile each morning and Tharidu (at the mezze/fruit area) was so friendly and helpful explaining the different special dishes. Thanks to all the staff for a memorable breakfast!

Wife and I wanted a breakfast place. This was in trip advisor top 10. Yes delicious food but missing the full Turkish experience. It is more of a hotel breakfast buffet with a small Turkish touch. Like barely.

Excellent food, very high quality ingredients (especially meat). The hummus needs a slight adjustment (less tahini, more chickpeas). Good service, but servers seemed a little lost sometimes. With time and more experience, I am sure the service will be great.
One thing to note is that the main course portions are small, so definitely order more.

I had the pleasure of dining at Stambul restaurant, located in the Grand Hyatt Hotel within the 360 Mall.
The experience left me thoroughly impressed. The lunch I enjoyed was not only fresh but incredibly tasty, truly embodying the rich flavors of Turkish cuisine.
Our server, Danish, was not only attentive but also exceptionally professional. He guided us through the menu, making excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of delightful. His knowledge of the dishes and his eagerness to assist were truly commendable.
Stambul restaurant at Grand Hyatt Hotel is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Turkish food served in a welcoming atmosphere. The combination of flavorful dishes and top-notch service made this meal a memorable one. This is not the first time I've dined here, and for sure, it won't be the last.

I visited the restaurant yesterday and I have to say that they have the best Iftar! They offer a large variations of foods: from their fresh breads, manakish and all sorts of cheese pastries, to their meats section (my husband really loved the Shish Taouk). Also, a huge section of salads and Arabic mezze (Hummus, Muhammara, Labneh, etc.).
My special thanks to Salim who cooked for me fish even though it was not included in the buffet yesterday (as I do not eat meat), so I felt really taken care of. They also took their time to explain to me some dishes that I did not know what they are. Honestly their service is impecable!
Lastly, their sweets section is just out of this world. I was so full, but still tried their baklava, turkish delight (the one with pomegrande is so yum), and home-made pistachio ice cream. They had a lot more, but how much dessert can you eat?!
Overall it was a really good experience and I recommend the restaurant for the quality of their ingredients and for the variety of dishes. Well done!
This Turkish restaurant is the the 360 Mall. The Ramadan buffet was the best I’ve tasted so far in Kuwait. The environment is exceptional spacious clean. The staff are welcoming and fast responding. Nice to have a gathering as a family.

Whoever decorated and designed the restaurant did a good job. The ambiance is great, and restaurant is large. Booking is preferred.
The staff was amazing and really helpful. The menu, while more limited than I’d want it to be, is good, with a decent variety of dishes.
We got multiple hot and cold mezze. We also got two salads. The coban salad was lacking in salt. The Manti soup was amazing. For the main dishes, we had the baked sea bass, which was really disappointing, gummy, and felt pre-made. We also got the beef tenderloin on skewers, which was good.
I ordered some rice as a nice dish, which never arrived, and I got a pide, which was REALLY late, but really worth it. It was the highlight of the night.
For desserts, we got midye baklava, which was good, and an iced latte, which was also good.
Overall, I enjoyed my time in the restaurant. I would come here again, but much improvement is needed.

Managed by grand Hyatt Hotel Located in 360 mall this Turkish restaurant serves authentic Turkish cuisine dishes . Wonderful decoration and ambience. Food taste very good. For the value of money it could be better.
