A regular Starbucks at the Nantou service station. Gets quite busy sometimes. It’s quite small. Better to get takeout. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–200 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Clean shopping floor. Employees are nice and friendly. Long waiting time. No public restroom available inside the store, however you can use the one in the plaza. Many small shops and dinning options at the same plaza. Free large parking lot in the front. Easy access.

It is a normal small Starbucks cafe. They do provide WiFi and I don't remember if they let you charge your devices. The staff are nice. The carpark outside of it is large. I tried hitchhiking from there to Tainan, but it was not easy though I succeeded after one hour.
