I came to Carlsbad from Seattle on vacation and decided to grab a chai latte at the local Starbucks. The first impression of this Starbucks is nothing unusual. The design is exactly the same as other Seattle branches. Friendly baristas, empty boxes on the floor, folded chairs at the entrance, scratched walls and slightly sticky tables are all that can be noticed in the first couple of minutes. My sperince was good . But my child and I were sad to find out the are Not allow 😔 to receive tips . My 4 yearl old wanted to tip the young lady who help us in the Starbucks. God bless her . And we hope in the future we can be able to tip them . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible experience at this Starbucks every time. Today I tried to take a break from work and grab a drink, a sandwich a couple cookies and a parfait for me, it's been a long day without any food. When I get here they don't have the parfait and haven't made the rest of the order because they're wondering what to do about the parfait. They tried so hard to push me to get another bakery item but I already have two cookies and the sandwich. So, someone says they will get me a refund, but they go back to doing orders and say it'll be another few minutes. I only had a few minutes to even run here so to have them then turn their backs on me was frustrating. I had to leave the store before being able to be issued a refund because this store does not know what they are doing.

For some reason, every time i order from this Target branch, it’s either wrong order or it doesnt taste the same as compared to other starbucks, I dont know if its a coincidence but there’s one guy employee here that doesnt do his job properly, either give me the wrong order or the cup is messy...

Trevor makes the absolute Best coffee I've ever had. It's ridiculously delicious. Lovely service...and a way shorter line than the one outside Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
