I wish I can give them 10 stars lol. I was staying at the Hyatt and used the gym next door, stopped by to pick up some drinks on my way back to the room. The service experience...world class. I have never experienced this level of service at a Starbucks store. It was almost surreal and I was in shock. The girl that was ringing me up was so patient and so kind to me it gave me hope for humanity lol. I wish I got her name but I did submit a feedback to corporate with the receipt number (#015790) so hopefully they can track her down and commend her for a job well done. This Starbucks is located next to the Capitol and the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Sacramento. It's a great spot if you're in the area and need a coffee/food.
