One of my favorite Starbucks locations ever. They always give me the “extra” even tho I don’t expect that. Like today I ordered 2 cups of coffee size tall in a venti cup since I planned to have both for myself, but they gave me two filled coffee cups instead. Thank you for that 🥺

Associate Emily was very eager to take my order and was equally eager to give me another customer's order. I had to call when I realized the issue. I was advised I could go to any location to have this corrected. Another store location made the correct drink for me in no time. This was This was a major inconvenience. the employee named Celine is not fit to be a manager and she escalated a situation and had a very bad attitude. getting starbucks is a treat and most times for me a luxury, but i want to receive what i ordered and have an experience with another person who will treat me kindly not like im a burden for wanting to get the correct coffee. very disappointed at the experience I had here. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. There was a guy outside taking orders but when we drove up to him he walked away so then we drove to the speaker box but no one spoke to us. So we figured we can order at the window. But when we showed up they freaked out on us. The guy at the window said “well I guess I have to take your order here!” like he had to do his job? (If you don’t want to do your job then quit.) Then a girl came up to us at the window, Jessie, and she said we had to drive back around to the speaker box. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She must have a pathetic, miserable life to talk to customers like that. She should not work with customers, most of the employees working there shouldn't interact with customers the way they were talking to us. Just gross and disrespectful. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
