The staff has no customer service. The drinks and food are never made as the customer requests. For example, I ask for no bacon on my sandwich and I get bacon. I asked for extra shots on my drinks and don’t get it. The only positive thing I can say is that my mobile orders are always ready when I get there. They won’t be right, but they’ll be there. I know… first world problems, right? Perhaps but customers should get what they pay for especially at these Starbucks prices.

Hands down the worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. I have been a fan for my entire adult life. I am 57 years old and this place is the worst one EVER . Starbucks needs to close it. Waited for it to open and they were too busy gabbing to open for ten minutes past its opening time. Then I waited in the riding line for several minutes after that. And then they were out of pumpkin spice and IT IS OCTOBER. This place so needs to close. Don’t ever go here.
This is a comfortable & compact Little Rock AFB Starbucks location. Its small size didn't interfere at all with the huge amount of service received. Baristas were fast & accurate with my order. One barista even recommended a few local attractions for my consideration while in the area. The music was adjusted to a comfortable volume. I was able to get more studying & work done, due to the remote size not lending itself to larger parties lingering.
This is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and for it to be on the Air Force Base it’s just outrageous to me how The employees are so rude they don’t speak to their customers. the first time I came here I ordered a large, almond milk, shaken espresso with an extra shot of espresso, My drink was not even filled to the top, that day I left, thinking I would never come back here today I came back, and I literally stood in the store for 10 minutes without the employee behind the counter, saying a word to me. She walked past me three times never said I’ll be with you in a moment. Hi are you OK today? Give me just a few minutes and I’ll be with you. Nothing literally ignored me so I just walked out. I just feel like that’s so outrageous with it being at the Air Force Base.
Half the time I have to stop them from making drinks wrong. And they never have enough pastries to make it past 730. I just drive off base where the people always make good drinks. The most recent review, the girl made the wrong drink and then asked me what i ordered. she was too busy flirting with the other guy working there.
Due to the influence of Corona, eating and drinking in this shop is currently stopped. There is no drive-through as it is in The Exchange. You need to go inside the store and buy. I have used it many times, but every time the clerk gave a very pleasant greeting. It's a small store, but there are also some bakeries, snacks, chocolates and hot food in the shop window. There were also some coffee beans on the shelves, as well as tumblers and mugs. The store here also has Starbucks original Arkansas mugs, so it was good that I didn't have to go to the airport to buy them.
I go there all the time and these baristas are just lovely. This morning, however, I walked in to KayCe gossiping about her co-workers to the new girl. I stood for a while and listened, mostly wondering if she was going to come to the register. She knew I heard everything and she didn't apologize. Instead she looked smug and rude. I don't think she belongs in customer service and it seemed to me that the new girl was embarrassed and didn't particularly like her either. Very disappointed.
It’s awkward when the staff looks at you while you wait 10 minutes past the time they were supposed to open without acknowledging it. The good news is, that got my blood pumping so much I no longer needed the coffee which is why this gets 2 stars instead of 1.
