Not friendly. I was a mobile order. Was checking my drink, looking at the workers, nobody said hi, is drink ok, nothing. Felt unfriendly maybe rude. Please greet your customers. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

One of the only Starbucks in Fountain Hills, this location has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a very friendly staff. Beware the indoor lighting is oddly harsh, some tables have you feeling like you’re in a police interrogation room! Cooler temps will make this a nice option to sit outside and enjoy a cup ‘O Joe with friends.

Alex is absolutely the kindest, most personable and professional drive–thru customer service representative! We just left this location (Fountain Hills), and my husband and I were so impressed with his thoughtfulness and genuine cheerful persona! Great job Alex!! Delicious craft drinks!!

The barista here is extremely rude. I sent my children to order drinks and she started to yell at them and say “how old are you” which is very rude. She also said she will be informing her staff about my children which was totally unecessary i will not be coming back.

This is the best Starbucks! The staff is very friendly and they make a great coffee. Even if the line looks very long they go through it very fast. My absolute favorite location! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10
