I stumbled upon this location while I was lost and looking for my hotel... I'm so glad I did! The staff were friendly and helpful! Despite showing up shortly before closing, they took their time to give me directions! Thank you! ♥️

Great place to get my coffee fix even when my order is 41.14 because I wanted 5 drinks. Drinks are amazing as usual and you should give the two girls, who helped me with my order, both raises. They did a fantastic job, I will definitely be back, hopefully next time I won't spend so much but we shall see.

Definitely a frequent flyer at Starbucks. I make several coffee runs each week, but it’s hit or miss at this location. I typically order dairy-free drinks and my order is often underwhelming compared to other locations. On the off days, I’ve waited a half hour for a mobile order, I’ve left with a drink 3/4 full, drinks that were made incorrectly/missing ingredients, or made with burnt and overly- steamed alt. milk This is obviously disappointing when the cost of the drinks are on the higher end anyway, but also require additional fees for alternative milk products.
The inconsistency is enough of a reality where it's challenging to know what you'll get. That being said, when this location is on point, they're really on point.

My daily coffee place. Know most people by their first name. Frequently busy until after 6pm. Awkward seating, but better since they setup a huge communal table. Electrical outlets available, but awkward placement (meaning you have to be right next to an outlet or else someone could trip on your power cable). Two bathrooms, so you dont have to wait for the bathroom ( I think that's a plus 😂).
These employees are the worst. This Starbucks is the worst in service, you can wait at least 30 minutes just to get a hot coffee and after the wait they can say sorry we need to brew your coffee can you wait MORE...MORE? the worst

Delicious as usual. I think what makes Starbucks so successful is the competency of their employees and the ability to produce the same delicious beverages over and over. Yes they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
Too crowded during pandemic! I waited 10 minutes inside store for a hot coffee order that I already placed online 10 minutes ago. It should not take 20 minutes to get a coffee in a starbucks. Staff is actually very friendly. But they should have more employees. Moreover, they should turn the volume down. This is a coffee shop, not a nightclub. Customers cannot hear their names being called for pickup.
In store is very run down and needs attention. They only had 3 tables in the entire store, pallets of merchandise just sitting in the main area and a chalkboard labeled September despite visiting in December.
Edit: Dropping down to 1 start. Owner's response that I need to fill in some form to have them actually care about the state of their own store is ridiculous! I already spent some of my time to provide feedback and now they ask for more. Absolutely disgusted by this.

Mobile ordering is ruining Starbucks. They could save themselves if they start to think outside the box. I ordered an iced coffee, ice and coffee, but I stand there and watch 4 people do almost nothing and 2 people prepare all these stupid specialty drinks in order. 10 mobile orders sitting there later.....I ordered Ice and coffee......
