This Starbucks is ran by foreign people who strive to get your order right! Most of us American people are picky and add this or that to our drinks..I'm no exception to that unfortinately... and usually when there's a person not from our country they don't always understand what I'm trying to add or how I want it, well here they had diversity..the one who couldn't suggest or understand found someone who could, and they did, AND I loved it! And might I add they smiled and were peppy ..unlike Americans! Lol Great job on this crew Starbucks!

What can i say i love the coffee but hate the politics of this company. Im only going to rate my coffee ordering and drinking experience so 5 stars. Great staff they are always joking around and appear to be having fun working here. Pretty quick service but i think the drive thru takes preference. WiFi coffee and pastries. What else do you need.

Starbucks is well-known for their left-leaning and anti-firearms corporate culture and agenda, so I don't personally consume their product; however, I'm obliged to pick up coffee from time to time for my wife. I wish there was a Black Rifle Coffee Company store next door to Starbucks, lol.

These guys are doing great. I think they have a new manager and she is doing a great job. I think they are better than Starbucks own stand alone stores. Check them out.

Horrible customer service in the Starbucks in Kroger in mainville. Young ladies working there had nothing better to do then make fun of customers shopping in the store. Very sad in this day and age. If you are going to pay for coffee then go some where else!

Sydney left the store unattended for over 20 minutes, and upon returning gave no apology or explanation.

Love the Star Bucks manager, I think her name is Marie or something like that!!! She is always very friendly and helpful!!!
