I visited this Starbucks location with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The sandwiches lacked quality, and it was disappointing to find that they didn't have half of the options available during the morning hours. Not only were the sandwiches not delicious, but the price tag of $6-7 felt unjustified. Hoping to see improvements in both variety and taste in the future. Today I ordered a grande Cappuccino, I really regret. The put only milk without espresso shots although I have ordered via Starbucks app there was 2 shots of espresso but they put only steamed milk that was disgusting. I was on a hurry and I have no time to return back to this failure horrible place to change. The service is so bad. I'll no longer go there anymore. I’m not mad at the staff, they did the best they could. Starbucks policy of prioritizing on line orders is a slap to the face of people that are their hungry & thirsty that have to watch other people who aren’t even there have their orders filled 1st. Today I had to wait 10 minutes for my drink because of a heavy online order que. I had also ordered a hot sandwich. I would rather have my coffee in hand waiting for the sandwich to be heated than have a cold wet sandwich that was placed in the puddle of someone else’s drink. That was too much money to spend on a near inedible sandwich. If,IF I ever go back there again, please make sure that the sandwich isn’t heated up if it’s going to be a long time before my drunk can be made. I tried to eat that sandwich and now I feel queasy. Thanks for that, now I have to try to finish the rest of my shift feeling nauseous. That hurts my tips. After I have such a good tip too. Thank you for that. Happy holidays.
