Had a great experience here today! Customer service exceeded expectations. Matthew served us at the register and was so patient and knowledgeable with our questions. He greeted us with a smile and was so kind throughout our interaction, going the extra mile to watch for when we were ready with our order while he was cleaning. So thoughtful! The other workers, Savannah and Aiden (forgive me if there is a misspelling!) were also very kind, courteous, and were working heartily. Definitely one of the best service interactions at Starbucks. It's a Starbucks. Prompt service but kind of skimpy on the whipped cream on my hot chocolate. They put your mug in a ceramic mug to get your order processed, so they do take outside mugs, even mine from the Dollar Tree. The tables are few, and tables with stools pervade the place including one smack dab in the middle of the square footage of the place. You run into it before you get to the ordering counter on the innermost side of the counter. I preferred Heine Bros at Bardstown Road and Douglass, but alas! It is gone, turned into a bar! They got my order completely wrong. I asked for a caramel crunch frap and they gave me a strawberry shortcake frap, it was very nasty tasting, and messy as well, it made a mess all in my cup holder and seat. Other then the fact that my drink was very wrongfully and poorly made, the costumer service was okay and they made what I originally asked for. Every time I go they never have anything that’s displayed on the menu either!! I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks for frappuccinos, or maybe they just need better baristas, that’s just my opinion!!

Everytime I go to this particular store I order the same drink and everytime it is SIGNIFICANTLY less sweet than any other establishment despite ordering 3 extra pumps. I feel like they literally press the pump halfway and call it a day, typically I would just ask for another but because there is always a line…I’d end up waiting nearly 10min for a remake. Word of advice, if a customer asks for 8pumps…please be sincere when making their drink. I never tip this place because the drink is NEVER correct. It’s so difficult to find anyone that actually GAF about their job these days. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

It is a pleasure to visit this Starbucks! Baristas are above and beyond kind (referring to me by name), patient in answering all of my coffee questions, and giving my puppy whipped cream and all kinds of love in the drive through!! Service was fast and seasonal drinks are on point.

Best Starbucks in the St Matthews area! The staff is always very nice and kind, and drinks and food are always made right. The establishment is always clean, and whether it’s very early in the morning or later in the afternoon, I’ve always find it good enough to sit down and read a book while sipping on an amazing cup of coffee.
