Had a fantastic in-store experience at Starbucks today. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring a quick and smooth service. The beverages were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The seating area and restrooms were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive vibe. Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever. Newbie cashier could barely take my order (not her fault) due to her inexperience. After waiting 15 min I was forced to (politely) interrupt a group employees discussing break times only to discover they never started my order. Then no acknowledgment of mistake. Not so much as a "Sorry." To add insult to injury their playlist is show tunes. Sudbury, you deserve better. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
