I went in there to buy souvenir cups but I wasn't able to get my card out quickly so I moved off to the side away from the line to grab it and put the cups in my lap as I squatted and was digging in my bag for my card one fell and clicked as soon as it did the cashiers behind the register started making ooh-ing noises and started muttering and complaining accusing me of stealing under their breath which is ridiculous since I literally had my credit card in my hand one of the cashier even grabbed the cup out of my hand placed back on the shelf which I had to grab it from AGAIN and then pay for while they were making under their breath comments and glaring all in all a frustrating and stressful experience Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the only location that I have ever gotten a half full cup of coffee. I have always gotten what I pay for, but this location really needs someone to review how the employee is filling the coffee orders. I saw the clear containers of the cold coffee orders were nice and full but the hot container that I got was half full. When I picked it up, I thought it was empty. But it was half full. Terminal A near Gate 26. Some of the best Starbucks service I've had. Very attentive, and upbeat. Amazing service considering you're stuck in the airport as a captive audience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Espresso drinks are my favorite. I can always count on this location for a speedy order and delicious drinks. I also like the breakfast sandwiches. Arrived at DFW today 10/4/2023 around 1pm at gate E something. Saw a Starbucks close by. Went in and my order was taking by a black American girl with long braided hair and had a piercing on her face. I ordered 3 Venti drinks. I clearly told her the drinks size twice. She said she got it. Two of the ice espressos came out in a tall cup and one paradise drink came out in an Venti. And I said " excuse me, i had asked for venti size for both of the ice espresso". This is the same girl that took my order. She then flat out saying that I did not told her the size and I said I did. ( Been drinking Starbucks everyday since I was 16 and always get the same drink in venti cup) She yelled back and told me that I did not. So basically she made me a liar. She then took the tall ice espresso and dumped it in a venti cup with an attitude and told her coworker that I didn't ask for cup size but told her i did. Such an embarrassment that everyone looked at me like I was lying. I can't believe that she even got a job there or anywhere with that kind of attitude, rudeness and poor customer service. My husband and I drink Starbucks everyday and this is my first time got treated so poorly today. JUST TERRIBLE!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whenever I am at DFW airport at this terminal I come to this Starbucks. They are fast and friendly. Which is what I need as I usually fly based on price and not just destination, most of my flights are quite early. Most places in an airport dont guve much attention to detail, but they always welcome me with a smile and get my name right. I love coming here before every flight! This service at this location today was horrible. Who ever the manager at this location is. Needs to get there employees in line. They messed up the orders and were not friendly at all. Just standing around talking why other were waiting on there orders. Two people behind me received their orders before I received mine. Mine was wrong. Also, waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. They were just standing there talking and not calling out names. I was very patient. I really got angry. This was rude and bad customer service. I would have fired them and hired someone else who is friendly and cares about their job. Time was 0945 19 DEC 2023.
