Dear Management, this sassy girl at the drive thru at 2:30 on 12/24 has caused you to lose my business. With the attitude she had, I’m sure I’m not the only one. This used to be my favorite Starbucks. I don’t know what happened but now they are just terrible. I always order an extra shot and they never give it to me. I always end up with a latte that looks more like milk than coffee.

Horrible customer service from the drive through worker. Her boss is outside directing traffic, it’s raining, 62 degrees outside and the dumb window worker is arguing with me in front of my kids about the time I placed my mobile order. After being in the long line she tells me I have to wait and have it brought out to me. SHE didn’t bring it, but her boss who clearly knows her employee needs an attitude adjustment. I bring my kids here almost every morning and HAVE NEVER dealt with someone with such a nasty attitude. If you don’t want to work - go home. It’s 7:30am 11/10/23 and she was taking orders. Don’t know her name but I promise you her manager does. As she promised to coach her. She should NOT be the face people see in the morning. We were in a great mood before crossing paths with her.
