Once again this Starbucks exceeds my expectations. This was their St. Patrick's Day special and I has become my favorite cold brew. It may have even been the batista's first time making this particular coffee but she did a fabulous job!

The new foam cold brew Cappuccino is a new favorite for me. Clean, nice set up inside and outside seating. Staff was quick with my order.

Employees not wearing masks properly, coughing, sneezing, and yelling out. Seems as if only one employee cares about safety protocols.

The hours of operation for this location states that they open at 6:30am. Today that was not the case because they didn't open their doors until 7:08am. They didn't offer any kind of apology or anything to the line of people that had been waiting forover 30 minutes.

The manager working tonight (12/14/21) is rude and should be fired. Also, the girl who answered my phone call was rude. Not sure what’s wrong with the manager today but if you don’t like your line of work in customer service, go get an education and find a desk job that doesn’t allow you to have customer contact. Btw, instead of being rude and talking loudly about the customer annoying you, you should work harder on getting drink orders correct. Thank you ☺️

Lately they’ve been great and they get my normal order of a iced vanilla latte made with breve correct. I know in the past they were inconsistent and after getting a whole Venti sized cup of just half and half, I just avoided the place all together for awhile. Though, I decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. I’ve been to this location most mornings since and it’s been great.
