I'm writing this for all starbucks coffee shops More than 3 times the cups to go. You use are so flimsy the tops come off the cup in the pictures I was trying to pour onto a travel coffee mug which is more secure after the coffee soaks your paper cups they get really squishy and spill im showing the cup and my dress which is brand new and stained I love your coffee and food Please either use better paper cups and napkins or allow customers to bring in their own cup or open the places for seating at the Targets The coffee was also very hot 🔥

I normally get my kids a refresher after a shopping trip if they’ve been good. This morning I ordered two refreshers and a water with no ice in the water. The barista made me two “refreshers” with water instead of lemonade and no ice. I was really polite and asked her for my order to be fixed and she gave me a deadpan stare for long enough to make it awkward and told me that I got what I ordered “two refreshers made with water and no ice”. I repeated my original order to her and she just rolled her eyes and made the drinks without another word to me. I’m only posting because I go there often and this was the first time that someone has been so rude to me. I get that she maybe misunderstood me but the attitude for a simple correction was uncalled for and uncomfortable.

waited 15 minutes for my expresso shots and ended up leaving. everyone was getting their drinks that also had expresso. short girl with black hair seemed sweet but I wanted my expresso shot babe!!!!!!

Really unhelpful. Kind of clueless. It was my mistake I ordered at the wrong Starbucks and asked if there's any way I can just get one here since i already payed and call to cancel the orde there and order a new one and they said no we can ring you up for a new 1 and you can pay for another 1 basically. Not helpful

Sometimes you get a latte.. Other times you get warm vanilla milk. Janice and Esther are both nice.. Other workers are rude and bothered if you ask for anything but a coffee. God forbid you need a bag! I was told I could purchase my skinny syrup here to also make latte at home.. Said I use 2 bottles per week and was asured it would be ordered. Told me what day to come (truck day).... But every time I ask anyone but Janice for one they wont even check the shelf to see if they can spare it.. The guy that works there even said to us "Didn't you ask me that yesterday? Ummm yes because I was told they'd order it for me.. So I drive 10 more miles to the blackbob rd location. They are always pleasant and happy to help their customers.

Terrible customer service experience today. One of the staff felt it necessary to keep yelling at another staff across the counter that they really need a third person. Maybe so, but you should still concentrate on servicing your patrons (by actually making their drink orders!) not ignoring or complaining in front of them. Two thumbs down.

So disappointed in Starbucks service. We have been waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning. I would rather drive across town to get coffee from a competitor than have to wait 30 minutes plus for 2 drinks.

I love the drinks here so far, the one lady is amazing, great! Customer service. The other girl loves to give service with a scowl, very poor attitude, and lack with personality

For how busy they are they go as quick as can be and they’re friendly! I’m super impressed because I’m sure it can be a stressful job and the staff always seems to be happy to help! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10
