Really disappointed in this location. Not only is the wait incredibly long, my shots were dead/tasted burnt, and my drink was not made correctly. After waiting so long, at that point it’s not worth waiting another 30 minutes for my drink to potentially be made correctly. This place really needs someone to come in and revamp how it is ran. Don’t expect your drinks to come out correctly, and definitely do not expect your drinks to come out in a timely manner. Just go elsewhere!

I cannot justify spending any more of my time or money at this location. I went for 3 months straight and they never write down or make the lattes right. Today was the last straw because they took down my order wrong..again. I tried to confront them about espresso shots and my syrup shots before it was made since I looked down at my receipt and noticed it was wrong..there was no help and was told, “well you already paid for a bigger size so..” (kind of like just deal with it) there was no apology and seemed like I was the inconvenience?? I tried to give them time to work out kinks with new employees but I will not order from here again.

I stopped to grab my favorite Paradise refresher at the Starbucks inside Frys on Pat Tillman Blvd. Usually there are groups of people waiting, but this time there was only 1 person in front of me. I should have walked away when I told the girl taking my order what I wanted when she said she had never heard of it. I pulled it up on my phone and showed her and she said "oh ya, no one ever orders that drink, so I forgot about it". While waiting for my drink to be made, the boy who was making drinks and getting food for orders together had a full bushy head of curly hair hanging in his eyes and he was shaking his head so he could see. I was praying that hair would not land in my drink, or anyone elses drinks or food. What happened to hair nets? It used to be a requirement in food/drink establishments. While still waiting, the girl who took my order pulled the boy out from behind the work area to a table to show him something in a bag that she had on a table and they both started laughing and eventually went back to work. While still waiting, another girl came to work only to bring 2 kids with her that started running around and nearly tripped me when I went to pick up my drink from the counter...20min after I ordered it. I looked at my drink and thought it was looking pretty light in color than what I'm used to but I kept it. When I got home and after thinking about it more, I looked at the picture on the app and ingredients in it and realized it was missing the coconut milk. All it was, was water and a couple pumps of flavoring that cost over $5. Not a good drink at all. I definitely won't be going back to this Starbucks.
Every time I come here, I have to wait at minimum 30 min. I order ahead on mobile order then still have to wait another 10+ min. Their excuse is always they’re short on staff. There’s always at least 3 staff so idk. I also watched this happen to another woman in front of me. She had been waiting 20 min after placing a mobile order. Had I not asked for the status of my drink order I would not have had it because they did not even pull it yet. This location sucks.

Waited 30 minutes for two Java chips that tasted like burnt coffee and ice. There were almost no Java chips in it, no chocolate syrup, and was beyond bitter.

Ordered at 7:51am and got there @8am when was ready only to wait another 36 minutes at the counter. Worst experience in my Starbucks history of 20 years. Pathetic place stay away, witnessed 20-25 people waiting. They push out a solid 3-4 drinks every 5 minutes and there’s 4 people. Sad.

The barista told my husband they were out of coffee bc their machine was broken and proceeded to hand him a cup of milk with caramel drizzle in replacement of a caramel macchiato. This location is a joke 👎🏽

First time here, I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato, grande caramel Frappuccino and a cheese Danish. They aren’t as fast as a regular Starbucks but I’m not expecting that since these are fry’s employees working the Starbucks counter. The drinks were good but I they initially forgot about my iced macchiato but they quickly fixed that. This is located inside of the fry’s, ignore the Google pin that shows it like it’s outside in the parking lot. I suggested an edit to fix this. It’s on the east end of store, you walk in and turn right and it’s right there. They do offer outside seating that you access from inside the fry’s.

I’ve tried this location multiple times and every time it’s disappointing. The staff is super friendly but the drinks just aren’t good at all. More training is needed or something needs to be done. To pay seven dollars for a drink that doesn’t taste anything the way it’s supposed to is just really a letdown. I thought the first time it was just because they were new but the location has been open for a bit now, so come on.

Unbelievable!!!! We waited over 20 minutes after ordering our 2 coffees to get our drinks! Slowest service ever, then we asked for our drinks or a refund and they told us we had to go to the customer service desk in frys for our refund. The wait there was long, we ended up waiting 25 minutes from the time stamp on the receipt to get our drinks! POOR, POOR SERVICE!
