Had a young gentleman make me a chai latte (delicious, nailed it) and my daughter a kids hot cocoa. He asked her name to put on the cup and 10 min later she can't stop talking about how tickled she is to have her name on the cup. I have attempted to get coffee at this location a few times. There is always the same gentleman behind the counter. He has papers and binders covering the checkout, he does not look at you or ask you to wait a minute. He basically ignored me until another women came to the counter and asked her for her order and he had to tell her I was there first before he tried to take my order. The second time he was going about behind the counter and basically ignored me and my mom and sister for 10 minutes until we eventually walked away. I would not recommend this Starbucks location.
