Being like 5:00 pm 9/1/23 I ordered 3 drinks, the cashier who served me seemed unsanitary apparently she has the flu and holding her nose and making those drinks is disgusting Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager Sam is a wonderful lady. Andrew does an amazing job in customer service. I only go to this SB because it is where I shop for groceries and my pharmacy is here plus the great customer service from the 2 of them.

Don’t blame shortages, covid or anything else. The staff you have now need a much better training in customer service and triaging things of importance. Stocking extra cups, ice and anything else unless completely out should be done in between customer flow. I sat for 30 minutes with one person ahead of me and watch three people wait on drink for that time. I left cause the snails you having working are turning out one drink per 10 minutes. Workers my gosh act like your being paid just a bit please.

Hey, the lady working the counter was very nice. This is a general review of my last couple trips to SB’s. I only go because I have a gift card. Anyway, a reminder that heating milk with steam and frothing are two different things. Nothing special here people. Go to your local ‘mom and pop’. You often get a better product and support something a little smaller. Just my two cents.

I visit here regularly. The environment is casual and the baristas a very friendly. If I had anything to complain about it's that they can't take star rewards from the app, but that isn't their fault :)

Coffee costs too much. If you drink 2 a day, that costs the same as a nice car payment. New car or a couple cup of coffee? No brainier there.

Real great place if you want over priced over flavored sugary death traps I mean they have healthyish options here but it’s mostly just over done coffee with a bunch of flavors in it to make it give you a cavity but hey at least your sweet tooth will be filled up and you won’t be tired so that’s a plus I guess
