asked for extra caramel brulee topping and got none :( glad I rode 10 miles to come here lol. Edit: and I wouldn't ask them to remake my drink because it already took them 20 minutes to do this they are understaffed and cannot complete orders, there was one guy in there making drinks and a huge line of cars. And if they couldn't make it right the first time why would they make it right the second time? They would probably spit in my drink after I bothered them because they were clearly overwhelmed. But I don't pay six or seven dollars as a charity for a drink you know? I have a cappuccino machine at my house. Why would I do that? I can make my own drinks for a fraction of the cost that taste a lot better. I just thought it would be nice to go on a ride and get a treat at the end of the ride but it wasn't much of a treat. But I really do love the condescending response implying that I could have fixed my drink if I'd only asked. Maybe they could have made it right to begin with if they were so good at making drinks right? From now on at the end of my ride I will stop at Burger King instead of Starbucks I will get a much better treat for much less money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Edit: They mess my stuff now more than the promenade location, but these dont look like light ice, light cream. If you're going to have top-tier markup, make sure you have top-tier consistency . Returned today, 3-12-23 at just before 4 for a mobile pickup. Waited approx 20-25 just to have to ask on my order, they were 86 2 of 3 items not reflected in the app, and the young kid I spoke to said they didnt even brew the decaf today and seemed weirdly proud to regurgitate that info and thankfully offered something else. If you see a guest waiting that long who has already peered over at his barely made order getting cold, you should check on said guest long before it gets that far. We went to this location once before a few months ago, had a long wait time then.. and drinks were ok... Decided to give 'em another chance today... We waited for a staff memeber to acknowledge us to place my order for over two minutes, without a line... then the staff ignored us while talking and joking, amongst wleachother, on their headsets. Two drinks took almost 10 minutes to get... and they tasted terrible. Mine was un-drinkable... my husband suffered through his. I will never go back. This is the first bad review I've ever left... and it is earned. Only reason I gave a 2 stars for atmosphere was because, though they were not professional, at least the staff was happy... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This one is really busy but has a big dining area and it even looked like the drive thru was going pretty fast. I always order my iced mocha and they always give me a warm one. Not a big deal but if I’m spending money on this it should be exactly what I ordered. I tried using the Starbucks app to see if they’d finally get it right. But they still manage to mess things up. Service: 1

I am adding a new review because after coming to this store more often now I have ways been greeted and treated with total respect and everyone here are so kind and awesome! It’s going in the doors and they all greet me by my name. It shows they really care about their customers and I love that! It’s like coming to see family and we need more places/employees like this! I was having issues with my card and the manager said it was ok that it was on them since my card wasn’t working. I will be coming to this store as long as it and I are still here lol love you guys! This location would be 1000x better if they could figure out their wait times. 25+ minutes in the drive thru is insane and causes massive traffic problems with all of the surrounding roads. Either redesign this location, hire more people to deal with the traffic or get better training. Because this location is LACKING. I come to this Starbucks almost every day and every time I’m there the employees are always so nice and polite and very helpful especially with suggesting good drinks to try. The only issue and so far it’s only happened once because I have not been helped by this employee before until today, I was looking at the board see what drinks were there but decided just wanted my regular and I went to the counter to order and the lady that was working the register decided to have attitude for some reason and was just kinda rude when talking to and helping me! I enjoy coming into this store but if that employee is working I will take my business elsewhere because I will not put up with her attitude!

Terrible. Waiting 15 minutes for a drink and still messed it up. Also cream and sugar are not even out to put in your coffee. You have to ask for it. They claim it’s because of covid. Lol.
