I wanted to share my thoughts in a survey, but I never got one. This location has always been 10/10, amazing! It's my go-to location, not only for the fast service, but ALL the employees are so so kind and make my day, every day! Thank you for creating such a comfy and welcoming environment. High ceilings give the space a open feeling. Lots of easily rearrangeable seating can accommodate groups.

I haven't had the best experiences here. It was fine for awhile but one time I ordered a white hot chocolate with almond milk, never got the chocolate in it and then ordered a chai in store and it was sitting on the mobile order cart forever and I never heard my name called. They did however remake it so that was nice. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

A huge shout out to Sara. I was on my way to the Springs and decided to treat myself. Sara's hilarious conversation and caring nature totally made my day. Plus the drink was absolutly delicious. If I lived closer, I would come back!

Very strange interaction. My husband and I went through the drive through recently. When we were at the window the barista told us our drinks were on them with no explanation, then he got visibly angry. Not sure what that was all about but I’ve been to this location several times without any issues. It was a very strange experience. Not bad but awkward and left us confused. Love love this location!!! Pull up through the drive through where I was pleasantly greeted as usual. Placed my order and was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso… I said yes!!! I heard someone in the back Hooten and hollering that I got the upgrade as they must have been doing a competition. I laughed the gal taking my order giggled it was a great way to start my day! Have since found out the managers name is Colin and I’ll tell you what… what a great manager! Every time I have seen him he’s sweet, upbeat, supports his staff, and is always great to me and I’m sure everyone else who goes to this location!!

Every time my coworkers and I come to this Starbucks they go out of the way to give us tips to make our drinks even better (add cinnamon sprinkles or try a different syrup instead). They tell us how to order our drinks in the most cost-effective way (which is the most thoughtful thing they can do). They also sometimes write cute little messages on our cups (a tall drink of water). They’re always friendly, fast, accurate and extra sweet! Thank you. :o)
