This Starbucks is very relaxed; no lined, no waiting, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The outdoor area is shaded and spacious. Starbucks coffee doesn’t need my review, but the Pink Drink is tasty, smooth, and refreshing. We received a very nice welcome from Laynn and Bryan. I wish I got the nice ladies name. She was great. It was at the Starbucks located in the ralphs. She made me a brown sugar shaken expresso. It It amazing. I was going to add cold foam because I love it and she suggested I try it without. I usually always get the same order but this location didn't have what I regularly get. Anyways She was great. She was nice and the drink is perfect. Thank you!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst starbucks I've ever been. I clearly said what I want. She made a wrong drink. I've waited patiently so she could make it again, I paid again cause she said that the drink that I want cost more(doesn't matter to me if that's what it is). Didn't make my drink first, but instead prepred a nice cup of water to the employee of Ralphs(again I didn't say anything). I simply requested for ez ice. Turns out she put more ice than a regular amount of ice. I did not make any scene but it does not mean I'm not going to report her HORRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS A CUSTOMER. Happened FEBRUARY 27, 2019 around 5:50PM to 6:10M. BARISTA: Fat white woman PS: Hope you'll give her some disciplinary about this. I've worked in a Hilton Starbucks before (Supervisor) and this is not how we treat customers.
